OurTeam boutique – a unique staffing solution
OurTeam boutique is a search & selection service that enables SMEs to recruit directly. For each boutique vacancy search, our researchers appraise millions of CVs, using a mix of popular and niche job boards appropriate to your sector and vacancy. They place job adverts on & offline, applying the same informed techniques to filter the applications. Once they have identified suitable candidates, our researchers upload CVs to our website for you to review. Each search lasts for 14 days, and is refined in response to your feedback. We also contact each candidate by email and SMS to confirm availability – presenting you with a qualified candidate selection to call in for interview.
